The RingleDingle Redesign Project, initiated by Dolphin Studios, embarked on a transformative mission to reimagine its e-greeting card service. To me, this project was far beyond the realms of a conventional redesign; it was about improving how users and AI interact, making the service more intuitive and engaging. The focus was on infusing creativity while giving crystal clear guidance and increasing user control over AI creativity to elevate the user satisfaction and experience. With the focus on integration of the physical card purchase, I encouraged users to bridge the gap between digital innovation and the tangible sentiment of a physical card, ensuring a boost in the key revenue source of RingleDingle. This case study outlines the comprehensive approach taken, from stakeholder interviews to user testing, and the impactful outcomes achieved.
